140 frame with 50cc engine 4 gears all down did start and run 100% until stator plate broke off pulling wires out. There's a new plate on but needs rewired some bolts missing from plastics but would be an easy fix for someone who knows what there doing or a good project wouldn't cost much to be rewired would swap for something needing work or would a decent offer
