OPERATION STEPS
Step 1: Take out the two separate earphones: When you use it for the first time, charge the headset and charging case, take out the two separate earphones from the charging case, the earphones will automatically turn on.
Step 2: Automatic pairing: Two separate headphones will be automatically paired within 3 seconds. When pairing, the headset will have a voice prompt “paired”.
Step 3: Connect the phone: Turn on your phone Bluetooth, you will search for Elecder D10-L, click on the connection, there will be a prompt "connected".
Step 4: Automatic turn off and charging: Put 2 headphones into the charging case, the headset will automatically disconnect from the Bluetooth device, and turn off, then recharge.
IMPORTANT FAQ
If the right earbud and the left earbud do not connect with each other, only one earbud can connect, how to solve it?
Follow the below steps you can easily to resolve this issue (100% success rate) :
Step 1: Clear up“Elecder D10-L” and “Elecder D10-R” on the Bluetooth list of your cell phones, then turn off the Bluetooth in your cell phones;
Step 2: Pick up both the left and right earbuds and long press the power keys up to 5 seconds to turn off the earbuds;
Step 3: Press and hold the power keys up to 15 seconds until you hear the voice prompt of “RESET” from BOTH earbuds;
Step 4: Put both earbuds into the charging case and wait 10 seconds.
Step 5: Take both earbuds out from the charging case and keep the two earbuds "within 5 cm" during the whole process
Step 6: Turn on the Bluetooth of your smartphones, then select the "Elecder D10-L" to pair with your smartphone, it would be RESET successfully. (If both Elecder D10-L and Elecder D10-R show in the Bluetooth list at the same time, please do not connect but repeat step 4- step 6, until only Elecder D10-L shows in Bluetooth list of your smartphone).
