I hope this is ok to put up for sale.
2010 ford transit, camper conversion
This is not a camper on the log book.
Price is 10,000e
Just past the doe test, was backdated to 1st of March 2019.
Taxed to the 1st of November 2019.
There 165,000 miles. It has a timing chain, not a belt just for curiosity if anyone would like to know.
Daisy the van, is spotless clean as you can see inside and outside. It well loved and looked after van and has served us well.
New parts:
New brake pads, new brake discs, new brake lines, new ball joint, new track rod ends, all new bulbs, new bulb holders, new light lenses, new extra rear brake light and lenses added.
Accessories:
Front sun visor, bonnet protector, transit bull bar, chrome door handles and mirrors, black ford alloyed wheels.
Inside the rear of the van:
Fixed seating area with plenty of storage underneath converts into a double bed with an aloe vera memory foam mattress, that is only 8 months old. Lesuire battery underneath the right hand side bench.
Brand new sink and double gas hob unit never been used. Sink has been used. There is 2 small presses under the sink for storage, we use one for water canisters for running water into the sink with a pump system and other for cleaning products and toilet wash bags Food press with mini fridge with small freezer compartment underneath it and a wardrobe unit to the side for hanging up clothes or storing bags, plenty of space in there.
There is portable toilet, not shown in photos, as there is small toilet room/area made into the van, with sliding door for privacy and has frosted out window and little towel rack, handy for travelling in. (running water to the kitchen sink via a pump system for washing hands)
The van is fully insulated and sound proofed, as it was stripped out completely when it was bought, checked and all work was done by myself, prior to this self conversion. I have all the photos from day one to the current photos. The van has laminate flooring and couple of mats. The van walls are all carpeted and i added a tonne and groove wooden effect ceiling. The side runs of the wooden ceiling have little led lights and have battery operated push on/off spot lights, and comes with remote control which are really handy.
There is also an electrical hook up, extention lead set up on top of the wardrobe unit, which is compatible for campsite use. This is only 6 months old. The van also has all new curtains and rails only done in the last 3 months as seen in the photos, they are all new curtains and spotless clean.
We came to the decision to sell our camper conversion daisy, as we call her, is because family circumstances are changing and we want to switch to something bigger for ourselves, or crew cab van as we would like extra seats.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask and be happy to answer.
